Our teaching method is based on
proverb "First you learn how to walk, then you learn
how to fly." So, first you strengthen your body and learn how to
punch, kick, step, breath, then kata and locks, throws, kobudo etc... |
Every kata is separate fighting
style and because of that every kata goes with its own kihon (basic
techniques) and bunkai kumite (fighting applications). |
We teach one kata per weapon.
Every weapon has its own basic techniques (kihon) and fighting applications
(bunkai kumite). |
